This evening two emblematic figures of Hungarian music life will meet. Both come from a family of musicians, both are winners of Hungarian and international competitions, virtuoso masters of their instruments. In their joint concert they play mostly together, but we will also hear them in solo. The structure of their programme follows a highly interesting span: in the first part they introduce various faces of French music followed by intimate, lyrical compositions, while in the last third of the evening they will play gipsy music that enjoyed great popularity during the 19th century and was believed to be Hungarian music by many composers of that age.
