The Sunday chamber music concerts given in the Rehearsal Hall of the BFO in Selmeci utca offer programmes for the audiences that develop the creativity of the musicians and embolden their personal ambitions. The programmes are put together by the orchestra’s musicians themselves, they identify the pieces, adapt them and perform them. Based on the playing of the musicians during these high-quality afternoons that are reminiscent of chamber music of old, we understand why the Festival Orchestra is as it is: it is not a workplace for frustrated, rigid musicians, it is a place for outstanding and creative musicians to let their talents flow.

Our offer

In November, the concert hall of Müpa Budapest will be filled with spring birdsong.
